A Multi-Objective Optimization Model for Relief Facility Location in Crisis Conditions

چکیده

This research was conducted to study the issue of relief facility location hierarchically by consideration possible road closure during crisis conditions, safety, and arrival time facilities under disaster circumstances. High costs are allocated for deployment in a suitable meet demands injured people. Therefore, location-allocation emergency should be considered way use them long-term periods. To this end, extant designed multi-objective optimization model minimize pre-disaster including use, post-disaster such as cost transportation in-network roads. Moreover, innovative part studied examined safety reduction taken have critical affected areas. investigate functional accuracy mathematical model, numerical example with small dimensions solved using CPLEX Solver, required sensitivity analysis described. As is an NP-hard issue, two meta-heuristic algorithms were used solve representations real examine analyses effectively. Results showed that dragonfly algorithm had highest efficiency compared other developed algorithms. The obtained results can efficient managerial tool management organizations involved crisis.

Equitable multi objective model for public facility location using RLTP technique

In the present research, a multi-objective model is proposed, which considers equity among the citizens in addition to the cost criterion. Then, the model will be solved using Reservation Level Tchebycheff Procedure (RLTP), which is one of the interactive multi-objective decision-making techniques. Subsequently, the obtained results will be compared with those of the single-objective models to ...

MULTI-OBJECTIVE LOCATION-ROUTING MODEL WITH MULTIPLE TRANSPORTATION MODES FOR DESIGNING RELIEF NETWORKS UNDER UNCERTAINTY

Natural disasters and crisis are inevitable and each year impose destructive effects on human as injuries and damage to property. In natural  disasters and after the outbreak of the crisis, demand for logistical goods and services increase. Effective distribution of emergency aid could have a significant role in minimizing the damage and fatal accident. In this study, a three-level relief chain...

Multi-Objective Location-Routing Model With Multiple Transportation Modes For Designing Relief Networks Under Uncertainty‎

A three-level relief chain including a number of suppliers in fixed locations, candidate distribution centers and affected areas at certain points are considered. A mixed integer nonlinear programming model is proposed for open transportation location routing problem by considering split delivery of demand. To solve a realistic problem, foregoing parameters are considered as fuzzy in our propos...

Combining data envelopment analysis and multi-objective model for the efficient facility location–allocation decision

This paper proposes an innovative procedure of finding efficient facility location–allocation (FLA) schemes, integrating data envelopment analysis (DEA) and a multi-objective programming (MOP) model methodology. FLA decisions provide a basic foundation for designing efficient supply chain network in many practical applications. The procedure proposed in this paper would be applied to the FLA pr...
